Copyright & Takedown Policy - TVAtlas

TVAtlas operates as an index of publicly available streaming URLs. We do not host any video or audio content on our servers. All channel links are aggregated from open-source community databases (iptv-org, famelack-data) and publicly accessible sources.

Linking Is Not Infringement

TVAtlas does not copy, store, or distribute copyrighted content. We merely provide links to streams that are publicly accessible on the internet. Under applicable copyright law, providing a link to publicly available content does not constitute direct or contributory infringement. To have content removed from the internet, you must contact the actual content host or broadcaster.

How to Request Removal

The fastest way to permanently remove a channel is to contact the upstream data providers where the playlist metadata is stored — once removed there, it will automatically disappear from TVAtlas during our next daily rebuild:

You can also reach TVAtlas directly at [email protected]. Your notice must include: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) the infringing material with enough detail for us to locate it; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good faith belief; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate; and (f) your signature.

Note: Removing a link from TVAtlas only removes it from our index. It does not delete the stream from the web. You should contact the hosting server directly to remove the files permanently.
